Since Ben Affleck finished filming The Town, filming has really slowed down in Boston.  It looks like the next big movie that will be filmed in the Boston area is “The Age of Adaline” starring Katherine Heigl in March.  She will play a woman that doesn’t age. When she meets the man of her dreams she must give up her immortality.  Another romantic comedy for Heigl?

We know that Boston is a great site for films, so hopefully it will pick up in the new year.

Filming Information In Oregon For The Twilight Saga: “Breaking Dawn” Proves To Be False

This week it was reported that a small group of students from the University of Oregon stumbled upon what appeared to be a filming location near Bray’s Point along the Central Oregon Coast.

Greg Barker was joined by fellow schoolmates Milton Haynes and Crystal Armstrong for the drive down the Oregon Coast.

“We saw the big cameras and a blue tent with someone who looked liked Robert Pattison. When we got closer some security guards told us this was temporary closed to the public. Oregon beaches are not closed to the public, so we hiked around them and down to the nearby beach where other people had gathered to watch the filming,” said Armstrong.

It looks like good journalism will prevail.  The governors office was contacted and they refuted the story about filming taking place off the Oregon coast for the film “Breaking Dawn”.  Further more the governors office checked with the University of Oregon.  There were no students registered that matched the names of the students that discovered the filming location off the coast for “Breaking Dawn”

But it could be a story to throw people off, so they don’t believe filming is taking place in Oregon.  We will see I guess.
